GIRLS WHO ROCK is an annual concert in New York City that raises money for girls and education worldwide, while also helping empower girls locally. Co-founders Cynthia Hellen and Tammy Tibbetts sat down with Chuck Scarborough to discuss their organization and the show, which is partnering again with Internet Week NY.
